Return & Exchange Window

Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

· The item must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged (unless it arrived defective or damaged).

· Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, we will notify you via email confirming receipt and begin the return or exchange process.

Please note:

· Actual product colors may slightly vary due to differences in screen resolution and lighting conditions.

· Certain lighting arrangements may cause products to appear different than they do in person.

Refund Guidelines

1. Refund Request Process:
To initiate a refund, email us at info@earthencrafts.com with the following details:

· Order number

· Photos of the item (including all tags and packaging)

· Any additional details regarding the issue

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

· Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

· If you received a defective or damaged item, images of the defect are required.

· Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Once the product arrives at our fulfillment center, it will be inspected.
If approved, the refund process will be initiated within 48 hours of receipt.

Note:
Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take 3-6 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping Instructions

· Products may need to be shipped to our US, UK, or overseas warehouses.

· Please contact us first at info@earthencrafts.com to confirm the correct return address before sending the product back.

Return Postage Policy

· Earthen Crafts does not provide prepaid return labels by default.

· If you request a prepaid return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount.
