As soon as your order is handed to the courier, tracking details are updated within 24–48 hours, and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Orders are shipped from one of our multiple warehouses, depending on product availability and your delivery address. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our support team at info@earthencrafts.com within 4 days of delivery to request a replacement. Refund & Return Policy We aim to make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free. Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged (unless it arrived defective). Once your return is received at our warehouse, we’ll notify you via email and begin the refund or exchange process.
