Marble Herb Stripper Bowl with Brush – 3-Hole Herb Peeler for Rosemary, Thyme, Cilantro & Kale
Pull a sprig of rosemary through the right-sized hole and the leaves drop straight into the bowl, stem out, in about two seconds. This hand-carved marble herb stripper bowl does the slowest job in herb prep for you, and it looks good enough to stay on the counter between meals.
Key Features
- Three graduated holes strip every stem size. Use the small hole for thyme and oregano, the middle for rosemary, cilantro and parsley, and the large one for basil, kale and collard stems. Leaves come off whole instead of bruised.
- Bowl and stripper in one. The high back holds the holes and the low front catches the leaves, so nothing scatters across the counter.
- Hand-carved natural marble with a polished finish. Heavy for its size, so it stays put when you pull, with four non-slip dots on the base to stop it sliding.
- 5-inch cleaning brush included. Sweep leaf bits out of the holes in a few strokes, then rinse.
-
Five marble colors, gift-ready packaging. Choose Black Zebra, Oceanic, Cream, Beige or Natural Brown, shipped in an Earthen Crafts branded box with fragile wrapping.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Each herb peeler is cut from natural marble and polished by hand, so no two are identical: Black Zebra pairs white veining with a near-black ground, while Cream, Beige, Natural Brown and Oceanic cover the warmer and cooler ends of the range. Marble is dense and heavy, which is exactly what you want in a stripper, because the bowl does not tip when you tug a thick kale stem. The polished surface wipes clean and does not hold on to herb odors.

Care Instructions
Rinse the bowl under running water right after use, or wipe it with a damp cloth, and run the brush through the holes to clear leaf bits. Dry it with a towel rather than leaving it in the rack. Marble is a natural stone, so do not let lemon juice, vinegar or standing water sit on it for hours, and skip the dishwasher, soaking and abrasive pads. Cared for this way, the polish lasts for years.
